Methodology and Trademarks

Our scanners are independent implementations of widely-published, generic technical-analysis concepts — trend templates, volatility contraction, consolidation boxes, pocket pivots, stage analysis and similar. Each one is described in our own words and computed from our own end-of-day analysis.

All scanner, category and filter names in this product are our own generic, descriptive names. We do not use any individual's name, likeness, or personal brand as a product, category, or feature name, and we do not reproduce any third party's proprietary system, ranking, screen, or software.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of their respective owners. PnLPoint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by any third party.

If you are a rights-holder and believe anything in this product requires correction, please contact us at support@pnlpoint.com and we will address it promptly.
