1. About PnLPoint

PnLPoint is a market intelligence and analytics platform designed for investors and traders. The platform provides market screening tools, technical analysis, watchlists, alerts, research notes, portfolio tracking, educational content, and related analytics.

PnLPoint provides analytical tools only. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, brokerage services, or execution of trades.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you are authorized to use the Services;
• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Your Account

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, user interface, branding, algorithms, visualizations, documentation, and original content, are owned by PnLPoint or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Market Data

PnLPoint aggregates, processes, and displays information from multiple third-party and publicly available sources.

Market data may include delays, omissions, inaccuracies, or interruptions.

We do not guarantee:

• completeness;
• timeliness;
• availability;
• uninterrupted delivery;
• accuracy of any market information.

Data providers may change methodologies, historical values, classifications, or availability without notice.

PnLPoint is not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker, or portfolio manager unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing on the platform constitutes:

• investment advice;
• trading advice;

• legal advice;

All scanners, rankings, ratings, technical indicators, signals, watchlists, alerts, and analytics are generated using predefined rules or algorithms and are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions.

Always conduct your own research and consult qualified financial professionals where appropriate.

10. Alerts and Notifications

PnLPoint may provide notifications through:

• email;
• Telegram;
• browser notifications;
• mobile notifications;
• other supported channels.

Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis.

Delivery depends on third-party infrastructure and cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to receive an alert shall not create any liability for PnLPoint.

11. Portfolio, Journal and User Content

Where supported, you may upload:

• watchlists;
• trading journals;
• notes;
• portfolio information;
• custom scanner settings;
• other personal content.

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant PnLPoint a limited license to store, process, synchronize, back up, and display such content solely to provide the Services.

You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you upload.

12. Availability of Services

We continuously improve the platform.

We may:

• modify existing functionality;
• discontinue features;
• perform maintenance;
• impose reasonable usage limits.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, software updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

PnLPoint is not responsible for third-party services.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

16. Limitation of Liability

• indirect damages;

• punitive damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PnLPoint during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PnLPoint, its employees, directors, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Services;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable laws;

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• payment obligations remain outstanding;

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
